Been taking a workshop at Maude Kerns. Photo copy transfer technique is exciting. The image is painted wax which is then scraped off to get the texture. The sky is done with a heat gun

new paintings

I started three encaustic paintings yesterday.  The first two are inspired by having the flu. LOL.  The third is mostly abstract, and a chance to try out my new encaustic flow pen.
